That article was very subtle in saying that porsche don't know how to drive basically (the gtr anyway).

wow sounds like nissan pissed of porche by making a faster car and then get slammed by nissan... thats insain, i cant beleive porche would set themselves up for -PR like that.

Don't get me wrong, the GTR is pretty cool. Except its ugly and it sounds f***ing terrible with the standard exhaust. Its not all that exciting though, its no Godzilla.

The 911 on the other hand, whatever. Its only rear engined because its tradition, its taken them 50 years of tinkering to get it to stop killing its drivers. The FR Porsches were a fair better platform, imo. A 2008 928 might have given the GTR a better run for its money.

I saw it in person in the Queen street mall, thought it looked great. I heard the exhaust online but have to hear it in person to judge properly.
