Ok, here's the deal.

My computer (source of all my music) is in one room.
I want the music to be played in the main living room (or even out on the balcony), without extended wires and cables everywhere.

Can anyone recommend me some wireless transmitter/speakers products that will get the job done. Pref. semi-good speakers with decent bass.

danke.

Buy a wireless adapter to hook into the stereo and then stream the music from your PC. That's to say you have a wireless setup.

AirPort Express comes to mind.. apparently pretty decent

but most people who do this well wire it up (seen some really nice wired setups)

There are things like the Pinnacle Show Centre, and others that will connect to your pc, wirelessly if you add a wireless pcmcia card, and catalog your music, then you can select the songs through your television by remote.

The showcentres were originally $500 mind you, although we sold our last one for $99.
