Yep, I've used a mobile guy called Brian Woodroffe. He's awesome and always seems cheaper than the rest. Not sure if he can do safety certs though. He was in the process of applying last time he came to work on my car. Contact details are:
Woody's (awesome name)- Mobile Mechanic

If you know the right people, you can get a phoneworthy done on your car...

Usually in exchange for a carton.

Eat a dick a******.

Roadworthies, or more correctly, safety certs are a joke and more than a few people will do them OVER THE GOD DAMN PHONE for a carton of beer.

Since when has the threat of going to jail stopped people from doing things that are illegal???

Also, FYI I actually work in the automotive industry. Really, if you take a safety cert as gospel, then you're a fool.

P.S. Jim, stop trolling, it doesn't become you.

just to clear this up, the car in question has had a RACQ mastercheck and a RACQ roadworthy which it failed due to a leaking shocky valve which has been fixed. I need the car by monday and its impossiable for RACQ to recheck the car before wed hence im trying to find a guy who can re do the safety cert from scratch so i can take possesion of the car ASAP

Just got a call that the car is booked in on monday and i can get it monday night so the search has come to a dramitic end with hunter looking like an asshat

You're the asshat. I wasn't implying the car was in question. I was merely pointing out that you can, if you want, get a dodgy SC done if you really want. OF course the collective genius that is QGL forums has told me that oh noes thats not possible, there's no way people would do dodgy SCs!!

You're still buying an encumbered vehicle, right?

no, he had personal finance to purchase the vehicle and he was under the impression that a personal bank loan for the car was encumerance even tho the car was not listed as security for the loan

I could have sworn you recently said you worked in the IT industry and said that your company imports stuff for more than umart sells s*** for...

man, if I knew umart sold cars I would have got my new Ferrari from there!

Ever figured that maybe I work within the automative industry in IT? Because that's what I do. Do I have to do all the thinking around here?

FYI again, one of the things our company does (well more specifically, my boss) is buys cars from auction yards, repairs them using our facilities then on sells them for a good profit...

umm no because there is no automative industry in IT...
and even if you meant automotive industry in IT, again, no who the f*** would have thought that. There is no f***ing automotive industry in IT. What, you deliver all these f***ing parts that go for more than umart sells them for? No wonder they cost more, they're employing s***c***s like you

well f***, that's not what you said in some thread about your s*** company buying s*** for wholesale for more than umart sells s*** for retail. afaik umart does not sells cars for auction. so, either you are a tool and have no idea where the f*** you work/ am actually unemployed OR well, really, those were about the only options.

Learn to edit posts you stupid f***. I bet you didn't know this but IT workers are paid according to the industry in which they SERVICE. The industry I service is AUTOMOTIVE. Either you're completely retarded (the most likely option) or f***ing blind/deaf. Who knows really, I'm sure as hell certain your mother didn't.

umm ok so if you simply work in IT and service say the computers of some auto auction company, then why the f*** would your company be buying s*** in bulk to the same quantity as umart that will be reselling it at retail prices. obvi-f***ing-ously umart will be paying less for their wholesale on parts than your company as they are buying a f***load more than your company. Your company is only buying s*** to service their needs. Umart is buying s***loads of product to re-sell it. You are a s*** human being. f*** off

1) They're not an auction company.

2) We have hundreds of client sites. Hence the need for lots of parts.

3) Who said we bought as much as umart? I recall only ever stating that their retail SELL price was much much lower than a lot of companies wholesale BUY price.

4) I couldn't care less what some two-bit c*** on an internet forum thinks.

The reason is didn't edit it, you stupid f***, is so that I wouldn't look like you often do and edit your posts after you have said something 'completely retarded' as you say.

It doesn't f***ing matter how many clients you have, apparently they're buying cars, not computer parts. Your company would only be buying IT s*** to maintain whatever site/business it runs to sell the cars your boss buys from auction yards. It still wouldn't be buying heaps of computer s*** just because your boss sells heaps of repaired cars to 'hundreds' of clients. What the f*** does selling cars to 'hundreds' of clients have to do with buying computer parts to maintain the site/business on the same quantity as umart does?

Haha you're almost as bad as those stupid arsehats who take every word of the bible literally... Our company does a lot of things. Fixing and selling cars is one of those things. Our clients are other automotive companies who need their networks looked after... why would we be selling them cars??? More importantly, where the f*** did I even say that?

I suggest you stop digging the hole now and start finding yourself a ladder...

ok so your boss not only re-sells cars that have been repaired, but also [edit]manages[edit] IT technicians that keep OTHER automotive companies networks looked after? Jesus f***, I don't know where I would have got the idea that your boss sold cars to your clients... Oh wait, maybe it was here:
FYI again, one of the things our company does (well more specifically, my boss) is buys cars from auction yards, repairs them using our facilities then on sells them for a good profit...
You didn't say what else your company did other than re-sell cars... wow, I wonder where the f*** I got the idea that you sold your clients cars

Note that I said "one of the things". Which part of "one of the things" do you have trouble understanding? If you really want to be technical, and forgive me for thinking that you are (gee whatever gave me that idea??) but the company I work for is actually part of a larger corporation comprised of several companies. Funnily enough, its not uncommon for companies to do more than one thing *shock* *horror* *surprise* *gasp*.

Don't have an aneurism trying to grasp this concept, ok?

So you're saying I'm a moron for thinking that after you have said that, without stating the other things that, your company does is re-sells cars and without actually stating anything else your company does, including selling IT parts (which in this thread you have only referenced to by saying that your company which has 'hundreds' of clients and needs lots of IT parts because you are a 1337 network admin and hence need to monitor this amazing number of clients). I fail to see why I would be expected to know what the f*** this huge scope of your company is when you not only fail to say what company it is, but also state specifically what fields it is in. Also, I know many companys are in several fields, but most fields are kind of related, unless it is a really big company like GE that is actually in as many f***ed and unrelated fields as automotive re-selling and IT retail...
