Please post cases that actually have been filed. Not ones that have been made up. A example of a real one is the chick sewing macca's because she spilled her HOT coffee.

well on teh news a few days ago there was this young smart ass girl who owned primary school and her parents wanted her in high school at the age of 9, the school she applied to decided she was too emotionally immature to attend even though theres no age restrictions. fair enough. she now attends a private high school at the age of somthing like 11 or 12, which is reasonable i guess.

oh yea the parents are sueing the education department for $500, 000 for mental anguish or some hot coffee bulls*** like that.

the mother has f***ed up teeth that probably need about 500g's invested into them, thats the only insentive for filing such a case i could come up with.
