Guys i took the DVico lite back to computeralliance and got the visionDTV(ter) card, which after a format works.

my questions are:

1)Do some programs look s***house on pan & scan (full screen)? is this just because they are analouge, or i have a crap card?

2)Most what im assuming are digital programs look preety good, but when captured and played through winamp ...play in a little 'box' rather than full screen. Again is it my card?

3)abc gets like a little while line at the top of the screen sought of like:
---- --- ------ -
again...my card?

who thinks i should go back to get the DIvico now that i realise it must have been my computer not the card. Do you think it will fix most of these problems?

they'll look worse, but it shouldn't be horrid.. if hd channels look alright in pan & scan, I wouldn't worry about it

probably just your encoding settings..encode at a higher res?
