Just found my room mates blog, he wrote some pretty offensive stuff in it about myself and my girlfriend. I dont know what the full ramifications of his actions will be, because the situation is only just unfolding. I wont link you to the blog, because after confronting him, he has started editing all the offensive stuff out of it.

has anyone else had a bad experience of a friend or room mates offensive blog? if so, do tell. i want to get an idea of what to expect.

did i mention i also work with him? what a dumbc***.

first thing you do is print the blog out, all the pages, that way when he edits it and goes i didnt say that you got yoru back up. word for word is gay.

A blog is like an online log/diary. It usually involves rants if its personal. This guy sounds like a bit of a ranter. That kinda sucks d0mino; I'd hate to be bashed without a chance to at least say 'f*** you' back to the author.

No but I have been the bad end of someones sick and twisted 'truth'. Had my name and behaviour (or what they perceived as my behaviour) posted all over a forum. My personal life, which was not theirs to tell, was told to people who I didn't know and the majority of it were lies.

Stuck to my guns. Confronted them and asked them to stop. Two court orders in place from different courts didn't go a stray.

I started to post my side of the story and say that they were wrong, but of course they poisoned peoples minds first, so they didn't care what I said, I was just 'causing trouble'.

Doesn't matter how much proof you provide some people, they will never be able to admit to the truth and that they are wrong :)

My Flatmates ultra bitch girlfreind moved in with us one day, although my other flatmate and I said that if she wants to stay with us temporarily, shes gotta pay, but as was the case, it was always 'one more night, one more night, she will be out tomorrow'

So after a week of bumming aorund, leeching everything from us, we put our foot down and said if shes staying one more night, pay. or she can live in the garage

Anyway, they were both cool with that, we agreed for her to stay a fortnight (problems at home or some crap like that, hence staying around). That worked fro about, mmmm 3 days.

Anyway, this chick is goddamn lazy, she didtn have any money, she never worked, mumsie did everythign for her. She spend all day in my flatmates room on his PC writing livejournal entries about what myself and my flatmate were doing to her (which was bulls*** to start with), i s*** you not, there is, and still is 5 - 10 posts a day from this chick.

80% of the posts being about how we were working her to the bone (we're pretty clean people and we clean up alot, even after her. She did the dishes once, thats it) and how her schoolwork was suffering (which turns out why she couldnt live at home, cos her mum was 'pressuring' her to do it)

Anyway, the lies and crap caused one of my good friends to turn on me about the issue. It got really bad.

She moved out, but the crap didnt stop flowing from her LiveJournal. If i said Hi to her, she would ignore me, but the minute she could, it was on her post saying i was ignoring her and what has she done wrong?

I reluctantly took (with my flatmate and another good freind) her on a trip with us. Now coming back i then found out she'd posted all this s*** about me like, i was speeding (granted she had the right to say that), i was spending money on clothes and generally being someone she couldnt stand being around because, well, because she coudlnt get her own way in this place.

Yeaah, then i started my blog. Nothing like hers, nothing woe is me, just something i decided to start. Anyway, she found out and started reading it. thats fine, but then she started ripping me about the words i used (she thinks shes some sort of english master) - to which she was wrong. lol.

Hell, i apologised to her to make the animosity between us dissapear, i swallowed my pride and said yeah, its my fault. Alas, she went back and posted it was the worst apology she ever heard and my choice of words was soooo wrong.

Yeah, anyway. other slanderous material spewed forth and i finally lost it (she made a stab about my weight, im not even fat ffs - i was and yeh, it can get to me). It was great cos none of it ever happned again after that.

What I've said isnt a lie, she was mentally ill or something, alot of ppl that knew her said she was deluded, to say the very least.

Then she broke up with my flatmate, and a month later she is freinds with me again - WTF!!!

Anyway dude, it will come good, just say something about it, say something about what they have said (or go off ) and make the issue better

haha yeah I've got experience with this.

I was out at The Party with for a mates' 20th (they're twins).

Next thing these two whores are trying to get drinks out of us "we'll kiss" yadda yadda yadda. One of them was this stumpy asian thing and the other was some sort of fat emo male-female crossbred science experiement. Anyways - next thing the asian hoe tries to steal my mate's wallet and he's like "THAT BITCH JUST TRIED TO TAKE MY WALLET." Well. They ran off for a sec but then they came back to me and I started going off in her face making her cry n s***. Then I got kicked out of the club (N).

A few days later - I'm not sure how but my mate who goes there a lot, someone through connections found out this asian girl had a web log, and she was on holiday on the gold coast. Daniel my roommate, lives in a f***ing fantasy land. A land where his tears and laughter rain down applause and adoration from a multitude of fans. Where witty repartee is what’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Dans the cook and the people who gulp it down are not left with a sour taste in their mouth, but a feeling of happy contentment. Here, Dan is a star and he gallops across this land at great speed, throwing his wit and scorn at anything that turns his nose skyward, upon a horse, a very High Horse™. Nothing in this land has consequence for Dan, because Dan is thickly armoured in Anonymous Armour™. This land I speak of, is called the Land of the Internet. Now, as Dan gallops freely across his Land on his long legged steed, he seemed to forget that the Land of the Internet shared a large border with Reality. From what I gather, Dan is not fond if this strange place called Reality.

So what exactly has young Daniel been fashioning in the Land of the Internet I hear you ask? Well he has been keeping a journal. However, a journal on the Internet is very different to the sort that is commonly stored under the beds of young girls. The difference between keeping a regular journal and an online journal (aka web log, or blog) is that ANYONE can read it. ‘Who cares,’ I hear you say, ‘I know Dan, and Dans a great guy’. Alas, you are mistaken. Dan dons his Anonymous Armour and mounts his High Horse and struts off into the Land of the Internet where he becomes ‘c***macula’ (his actual online name, yes what an asshat indeed).

Where he is safe and secure, he criticises the follies and faults of his friends, family and workmates. He talked tall tales of love and lizzo, being cranky with his car, his hatred for his university peers, (the very people who are now his industry peers) and his ever faithful room mates. Contained forthwith are attacks, some of which I dare not speak of, for the ramifications would be utterly devastating, both to Daniel; himself and his career, but out of compassion for his victims. Some attacks would surely shatter a particular pair of soon to be wed hearts.

If only I had a camera, for the look on Dans face when I confronted him was pure. He suddenly realised that his Anonymous Armour was just a thin veil of Pompous Idiocy, his High Horse was no more, alas, he was just a Princess on a pony. On his crashing return to reality, he quickly removed what he had written, only a snippet remains of the pages soggy with soppy lies, and it remains in my possession. Not enough to detail everyone he offended, but enough to incriminate him implicitly in other important things. Will his newfound blog-buddies rescue him? From what I understand this ragtag bunch of outcasts may have experienced several similar situations in their time in the Land of the Internet. Only time will tell.

Since confronting Dan, I have heard saddlebag full of excuses, and only a light sprinkling of fairy dust from his apology pouch. So, next time your with Dan, as he looks deeply off into the distance, or as he draws back on a cigarette, that sound you hear is not clogs clinking away in the simple machine of his mind, it’s the almost inaudible clip-clop of Daniel my roommate on his faithful High Horse, surveying you as he trots around in circles. If you listen closely, late at night, you may even be able to catch a wheeze as the little pony struggles under the stress, as it makes the journey once again, back into the Land of the Internet. And would I take the journey with him, he asks? No Daniel, that poor pony can barely handle you.
