Yeah just got back from seeing it, great action scenes as you'd expect from any Blade movie. Needed way more Dracula kick arse though :/

Yeah, saw it yesterday an thought it was good, much better than the s***e second movie.

Was also funny watching a few people run from the cinema looking like they wanted to throw up haha.

Not your ordinary transilvanian dracula though nF. He was much cooler.

Twas good to see Parker Posey in it as the bad chicky babe. Reminded me so much of her character outta Josey And The Pussycats. That Jessica Biel chick is quite the honey bunny too!

Saw it today at Garden city. Pretty good. I walked in there expecting alot but for some reason it felt like it didn't meet my expectations. Maybe it was cause of the average ending. Besides, dracula didn't look like a dracula to me but rather some italian soccer player. Some good comic relief on the side but i reckon i still enjoyed Blade 2 more. Nonetheless it was worth the money.

Yeah and that Parker Posey chick kept saying it's not funny when clearly everyone in the cinema was cacking up.

It rocked, easily the best Blade movie, probably I reckon the best action movie of the year. Plenty of asskicking, good camera work that actually gave you a good view of the action instead of that bulls*** shaky-cam stuff that seems to be so popular these days, and adequate amounts of badass/funny lines delivered by Blade (Coochie Coo).

Also, Van Wilder rocked, maybe its because I just love that guy's style of humour, but I reckon he made the movie awesome. He was still sufficiently hardcore, but he just had so many good lines, it put the movie a cut above. After seeing that, I reckon they should cast him as Ash in the new Evil Dead remake (if they decide not to use Bruce Campbell), I reckon he could pull it off.

Only thing I had a problem with was accepting that guy as Drake/Dracula, but that was just because I knew him as John Doe from the tv series, and it was such a massively, totally different character. I actually laughed when they first showed him as Dracula because he seemed the most unlikely person I could think of to play the ultimate bad guy.

i thought Trippel H was a really s*** actor, really brought the movie down if you ask me

Yeah, but he was only playing a big dumb hired goon, and as far as big dumb hired goons go, he was pretty convincing. At the end when he does that "And when the f*** did you see my dick?" line, I pissed myself laughing, it just sounded so retarded that it was hilarious.

Saw it last night, thought it was pretty awesome. OMG though what was with the whole ipod thing. That was some of the most horrendous product placement i have ever seen. The slow motion insertion of each bud into each ear made me want to break something near by...aside from that, lots of fun.

In the opening scene, did one of the vampires yell "JESUS CHRIST"?
Isn't that strange when some of the legends say vampires are afraid/sicken at the site of anything Christian?
And yet the vampire yelled out Jesus's name as a plee of help? :/

I like how the real world finally caught up to Blade. i.e FBI tracking blade.
A subject they didn't really continue on was, Whistler being bitten back in Blade 1. Then rescued in Blade 2 and some questioned if he turned or not.
Well he was injected with the garlic syrum and his thirst was gone. But they never cured the vampire "virus".
So wouldn't he still posses some vampire traits?
He talks to Blade and says "Sorry I got old on you kid. Breaks my heart to see you surrounded by enemies by yourself"
Vampires don't get old :(

Good movie but Ryan tried too hard to be funny and sometimes created awkward moments. Needed better one liners.

I thought the hand to hand combat scenes from Blade 2 were better than 3.
They needed someone older to play Drake.
Being 4000yo and to survive that long, u'd expect him to be wiser. :|

not to mention drake walked around with a cross on a chain around his neck

but yeah, i also really enjoyed this movie, reynolds definitely added some very funny humour, and biel was just plain hot ^_^

and i felt drakes appearance suited the movie - he was originally european wasnt he? and his main strength came when he transforms etc, so he wouldnt have had to keep that exact appearance for all 4000yrs of his existance

Whistler died in Blade 1, but then returned in Blade 2 through the power of the Plot Device.

nonononono.

they had him suspended in that blood type machine thingy.
he never died.
blade shot him I think with normal bullets.
But he'd already turned.

Yeah i'd have to agree. Also the final battle in blade 2 was kick ass compared to blade 3. I saw it as abit of the special olympics with blade and drake fencing each other and bile doing her archery thing. In blade 2 the final battle involved jumping and flipping around launching big hitters with gigantic pillars throwing each other through walls, floors and glass. I dig that.

Exactly, the power of the plot device. They killed him in the first one, then realised they needed him in the sequel, so had to magic up a lame reason why he wasn't really dead after the fact.

I thought the end was pretty lame as well. They made blade out to be to much of a invincible tough nut, they should've had dracula beat the absolute s*** out of him earlier on in the movie so there was more riding on the final battle.

Other than that the action was cool the jokes were pretty good and biel was hot.

Wesley = Eye Candy

I applaud this movie, for having the cultural balls to bring the term "mother-f***er" to the masses, and into common use, as it should be!

Yeah but in that instance he mentioned the word "vagina" and not c***. I dont recall hearing that word during the movie or maybe i just wasn't paying attention.

i don't think i'd notice if someone said the word c*** in a movie anyway... i think i hear it to regularly for it to be a shock to the system

he called her a thunder c***

I hated the movie there was way too much swearing in it. I'm all for swearing, in fact I f***en swear a bloody lot, but man there was just too much of it in that movie that didn't add anything to the story line or the mood of the movie.
