A real long shot here. I basically just got back from schoolies and I am trying to hunt down a bunch of songs that remind me of it.

The song is in the same genre as Eric Prydz - Call On Me.

The main lyric is "I love you". Very dancy, technoish. I don't know if you can help but thanks.

Solitaire - I Like Love (I Love Love)

if this is the one your after (which im pretty sure it is) its a top tune, i found a copy on vinyl the other day :)

also, just as a side little rant, can people stop lumping any dance music in the 'techno' basket.

techno is a particular genre of dance music, usually with big cutting synths and a fairly fast tempo. it is unlike 99% of the dance music floating around today, and is TOTALLY different to call on me et al.

the genre of of dance music that contains fairly mainstream songs like call on me/hear my name/my my my etc. is called 'house' music.

HOUSE.

HOUSE

although it can get difficult at times when you've got so many genres..ie. breaks, minimal, techno, trance, hardhouse, gabber, house, drum n bass, psy trance, ambient etc.

deepdish - flashdance

the chicks voice is sexy as, make sure you get the radio version, the original goes forver and the voice sounds s***ty

anyone that goes clubbing should know it, if you don't know it by name when you hear it you will know it

maybe some more lyrics might help? I have a few songs with "I love you " in them a bit, but they're not dancy. It seems those 3 words are kind of popular together, go figure.

Same genre as Armand Van Helden - My My My. Hrmm someone has to know.
