heard on triple J this arvo.
I always wondered how such a top movie passed by without me knowing it was on at the cinemas. seems it only got a very limited release due to the fact that the plane engine dropped from the sky (lame yes, but 9-11 bulls***). good news though, the directors cut, which supposedly makes the film even more powerfull, is due to be released in major cities in september if memory serves. can't reccommend this film high enough for those who haven't seen it, and for those who have, this is a good chance to see a f***in awesome film on the big screen, and a better version than the dvd release. that is all. |

I read that the opening song has been changed to INXS - Never Tear Us Apart instead of "The Killing Moon". Why the hell would they do that?? Will totally ruin the intro I reckon.

"Mad world" was actually by a cheesy 80's band called "Tears for Fears".
Personally I think this movie is a bit over-rated. It is good and highly original but I wouldn't piss my pantz over it. |

Agree with Slaps_Forehead, it was Tears for Fears.
Also, not sure if this would really be worth seeing at the cinemas, I mean there can't be -that- much of a difference from the DVD version? |
