Mine works fine...

*user error replace user and press any key*

Tried accessing it via IE, tis what I use anyway?

Edit: and if you don't know how to do that, open a new IE window then put in ftp://members.optusnet.com.au and enter your user and pass in the box that pops up and walah FTP in a webpage!

Looks like you are using Flash FXP Kat, if so turn off PASV mode by pressing F4, then choosing options, then unclick Passive mode, also try the skiplist command as well.

I've had that problem with my own webspace, sometimes I need PASV mode and sometimes I don't. I reckon ISP's must like messing with individual customers to make them freak out. :(

Its not supposed to be a link, QGL has the "automagical" link maker, so theres not all that much I can really do about it.

It adds a http:// infront of the ftp:// which you dont want, if you put exactly what i said into the browser it would've worked!

Sorry for the bump guys anyone having problems with ftp to optus again??

I have tried passive and direct modes...same things..

Passive mode = Unable to list folder

Direct = Unable to list folder

edit: I am connecting from iinet, would that be a problem?? I haven't had a problem all week :( Wind kill optus?

I haven't changed a thing from when it was working. I am using Crystal Pro FTP and the other error is '425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused'

I heard that having the communist linux operating system running as a router prevents you from accessing so called subversive interweb sites like the optus ftp.
