hehehe, wh0t you need to do is find out the legal decibel limit for your area. and edit the music sample. Turn all the frequencies up so that each is just below the decible limit. this makes it as loud as possible yet staying under the legal limit. The lower frequencies are the ones that carry the sound the best, so make sure these are turned up. and make sure you point your speakers towards your naigbours!
