Never used one of these suckers before, its a new one.

Just comes up with some logo then tries loading..

How can I change which drive it boots from? well the order at least

try F2 as well, but its usually DEL, umm could be SHIFT-F2 too....


have u tried reading the things manual?? they usually come with one - if it didnt then go back to where u (or ur friend) got it and get one

i know that with toshiba's you have to hold the escape key during the post and then it errors, from there you press F1. It all depends on the laptop model, each one if different, try calling support or visiting their site online or doing a goolge for it, i am sure you will come up with it.

We cannot help you without the exact model of the laptop thoiugh.

or on a toshiba hit F2 and select which device you want to boot off.

Brandy laptops are usually F2 for bios, or your standard delete.
