Saw some shots of BMX xxx at the start, i guess that means the story will be a sensationalist beat up? Although i doubt 60 minutes would go in that direction.

Looks like its about the "big business" that is games.

Just like in Die hard 3... ;)

The game thing better be decent. Adds right now, the next story is on credit card fraud. The game thing should be on after that... I hope.

Well 60 minutes isnt targeted at a 'computer expert' audience. They aim at the general population, which means 90% of that don't know that much about computers. I personally thought that the story was interesting, showing how they go from a persons face and movements in life into the game.

60 minutes isnt a show about gaming, so don't expect too much

A rather pissweak segment on how advanced computer games are and how big an industry it is becoming. Basically it felt like a big ad for EA and Microsoft.

It would have been far more interesting if it had tackled the darker side of video games namely "addiction". A segment on the dangers of Addiction, especially Massive Multiplayer games like Everquest would have been far more interesting.

Seeing that I and friends of mine have been seriously addicted to computer gaming. It would have been interesting to see other people in the same situation and how they dealt with it.

Irony above.

No it wouldn't have. It would of been much more interesting if it was all about Deus Ex:IW.

true that, the media would never sensationalise a news story for more publicity http://members.optushome.com.au/scuzy/rolleyes.gif
