Hey boys and girls

I bought my gf a painting for chrissy and i want to buy her another for our 1 year. What i'm not sure about is if these two paintings are of the same light house. What is getting me confused is the title...one is

Phares dans la Tempete - Kereon

and the other is

Phares dans la Tempete - La Jument

Here are the links 2 the two pictures, your advice if they are the same would be helpful. I believe the titles are in french, but translators arn't very helpful.

For those interested i bought her the 2nd one. but i want to make sure they are the same before i order the top one :)

my guess is that they are the same light house considering how similar the pictures are.

no i want the same lighthouse, but a different picture of it. as you can see from the two pictures. i bought her the close up picture with the guy standing outside of it for chrissy, and i'm going to buy her the 3 picture one for our 1 year if it's the same lighthouse which everyone i talk to seems to think it is.

The title translates to "Beacons at her Gale"

The other word on each could be their location.

why don't you ask the art place where you plan on purchasing it from if they are the same.

or look up the artist on the net

or ask and art gallery

or go look in the library

My mate's got the one where there is the single picture of the lighthouse. And just outside the door is a guy and he's about to be hammered by the wave. Looks awesome.

If the are so hard to tell apart it probably doesn't matter.......

I have the exact same picture on my wall.

"La Jument" and "Kereon" are the names of the individual lighthouses, so they are in fact different.
