With all this talk of superclans and mergers, you may be inclined to think that this is just another example in the trend... but it isnt.
KA was the quite muckaround clan of NeoCommie (Tung), while iRA was a very decent clan made up of good friends, mainly from the same school. However, as always, players will drop out, lose internet access and so forth, and so a solution must be found.
KA was only a net clan, with players just using the tag to run havoc on the servers, but many of the good players were beginning to get restless.
iRA were losing players, to the point that warring was not possible for them - the two clans collided in a blaze of glory, forming Stealth Instinct - A clan that hasnt been formed together to completely own the opposition, but to have fun, while be able to compete with the best.

And here we present ourselves, Stealth Instinct - Old Players, but a new Face.

Many of you may have hesitiations about a clan merge, but the fact that we all know each other in real life, and have met many times, will reinforce this clan as good as any.
We are all decent players trying to make a name for ourselves, and this seems the way to do it.

Chod, "superclans" like jive! and -fR- lasted a very short time, because they only wanted to join the clan beacuse of the posibilities it had, or maybe just becuase their leader told them so.

In our case, All but a few of the members have met all the other members in person, and that's what makes a clan work. We enjoy playing with eachother online, and we enjoy eachother's comany in real life (or on ICQ). So what better reason is there to merge two clans?

Anyway, we'll more than happily war you at QGL. I'm the tall lanky guy with the Game Theatre XP. :P

To reiterate what rubber_band said, this is not a superclan, it is just a merger of two clans (who in fact have a couple of members in each), and we arent merging to win competitions, we are merging so that our members can participate in wars, and have a fun time while they are at it, and i think we will last more than just a couple of weeks chod :)

assuming I = 4 amps

therefore to make a solenoid of 1 Tesla field strength, Gazza 'n' me need:
N = 1/50E-7 loops

therefore nunber of loops in first layer= length of solenoid divided by width of wire

(3.33E3)(2(pi)r)
r increases by 3E-4m every layer
number of layers in order to create 2E5 loops=
(2E5)/(3.33E3) = 60 layers
outermost loop r = r+ 60(3E-4) = r + 0.018m
average = 0.018/2 = 9E-3m
therefore length of wire we need in order to make this solenoid = (3.33E3)(2(pi)r+9E-3)
