this is awesome! I was walking home from suhaib's house and i saw a DVD player and i knew it wouldn't work,... but i wanted to see what was wrong with it i plug it in and chuck a audio cd in there and it was freezing when you closed the tray, when we (me and a mate) took the caseing off and looked at it go the laser wasn't coming all the way up, and it wasn't on the cog properly and it was missing teeth, so we fixed that up by moving the cog around,.. and put it back together and bam working dvd player,.. we were playing audio cd's and tried a dvd that works with it,.. i gave it to the other d00d cuz he did most of it and found the problem etc. but he gave me a microwave he fixed anyway (i already got a DVD palyer and he already had a microwave anyway so it was all good),


Also along our journy we found a microwave that when plugged in smoke comes out form the back,.. the electron gun was all f***ed and stuff

haha who throws away a dvd player!? even if it's broken probably be cheaper to get it fixed... probably a WOMAN!!

heh i love when i put an old working fridge out side (like mega old and starting to rust) with a sign saying THIS FRIDGE DOES WORK BUT I HAVE NO ROOM FOR IT.. someone comes along and takes the doors off and puts them outside my front door... then they take the plugs and one bike tyre.. ffs

i have heard microwaves need to be serviced every 2 years to stop your from..frying yourself. we had our last microwave for over 10 years with no service..hmmm that might explain some things
