his has like lines, circles and bits that link all the parts together, can you actually do that? or is he a cheaty bastard and those things are actually on his background and the graphs n stuff just sit over the top?

my samurize told me the beta time was expired so I deleted it. time limited stuff s***s me to tears I won't ever touch it again untill it's unlimited.

is there any way to get templates so you dont have to do it all yourself?

If you had checked Woopass, there's a new version of samurise... I'd say that's why they time limited it... so that you would get the newest version

You can actually do those circles and stuff, simple vb programming I would assume.

Im into minimalism so all of that task bar stuff doesnt do it for me. Samurise was good fun for a while (mostly just seeing how good you could make yours look) but I got sick of it fast. I am in pursuit of as little as possible right now :P I am not doing so well either...

Dan: you can put the statistics into the taskbar with sumarize if you so wish

Alot of ppl mod their wallpaper to suit their config.
and if u see any small pics in the config. Then they've most likely made their own font and ta da. you have pics as fonts.

edit: Also I can 't seem to get the mobo temp to be displayed??? on a a7v133-c

maybe try d/l the latest MBM.
they stated that older version would not work.
Samurize is like a timed demo.
it expires as soon at the next one comes out. thus making any old copies redundent and only new copies in use.

Also, you need the Extendedprops script for things like vid card info and i.p

just select which NIC you want the info from and it displays it (although I haven't tried this yet).

I just want to see hdds,ram,uptime,nics (in/out) and i dunno maybe winamp

i don't know why anyone has these really flashy desktops and samurize thingys. something nice and simple and a boring black background, and most importantly - functional.

enigma to make the progress bars split up all you need to do is:

say for example you are going to split up your CPU usage bar, it goes from 0 to 100 right

so lets split it into 5 sections, thats 20 per section

so you make 5 meter progress bars of the same thing (CPU usage), then in the properties set the min and max values as below

progress bar 1: [min=0 max=20]
progress bar 2: [min=20 max=40]
progress bar 3: [min=40 max 60]
...
etc

but if you are doing it for RAM youd have to divide up how much you have, so if you downloaded my ini file i originally posted it wouldnt work properly as my RAM meter is set up for 256 meg only.

*EDIT* also to have temps running etc you need the LATEST version of MBM5 actually running not just installed it has to be running or the temps wont display.

yes there is a border option... so u want the border to change colour as it goes along? and the actual bar to stay the 1 colour

I know there is an updated version and that's what s***s me, people who time limit s*** to make you upgrade. Imagine if windows was time limited, would you still accept that and upgrade along with all the other sheep? I think not.
