OpenOffice v2.4.0 has landed, updating the popular open source office software suite with a bunch of new features. You can check the official changelog for the full list of changes, or there's this blog post which has a more human readable version. You can nab the new version locally from AusGamers (if you're updating, you might want this version, which doesn't include the Java runtime). |

having just bought a new laptop and while waiting for my Office 2007 to arrive, i chucked Open Office on! I was pretty impressed....for a free program.
I rely on MS Office a bit too much to ever give it up though! |
