A few high-res screenshots from VF4 are floating round the place at the moment. So far this game is looking rather impressive, still not much news on how it will play, but the hints are that it will return to the three button control style of Virtua Fighter 2. So far, confirmed characters that are returning for the sequel are Pai, Wolf, Akira, Lau, Kage (with a very funky new costume) and Aoi. Take a look at the screenshots here. |

AT ign they have the virtual fighter 4 pics on the dreamcast and ps2 sites. Does that mean that the game is coming out on both systems and again does it mean the game ie graphics sound etc will be the same on both systems? |

Kaygen, I think IGN have them on the dreamcast site just cos its sega making the game. Theres still no plans that for sega to bring it to the DC. IGN keep posting whingy whiny articles about how much they want it on the DC but at the moment its still not happening. To be honest I'm not even sure if DC could even do it. Technically the PS2 can push more triangles and make prettier graphics than the DC, its just that all the first generation PS2 titles sucked. Once the 2nd gen PS2 stuff starts hitting shelves, even I'll be buying one. |

sif I'd get rid of the DC :) plenty of room in the world for all consoles to live happily side by side or something like that. |

vf4 is ps2 only, but there will be a vrtua fighter planned for the dreamcast later. other sega games coming to ps2, crazy taxi, space channel 5, some dead game, and 18 wheeler american truck or something. my theory why the 1st gen games on ps2 sucked prolly cos they had about 8 months to develop them, launch titles usually suck in general, onimusha better kick ass >:( |

Pity sega have stopped supporting the DC, its a good machine. Tons of j0r games too, which is more than can be said for the ps2. |
