i got tv guide, but no picture or sound

i get that occasionally on austar...can view the "Info" but get no pic...weird
have to power down and restart

Mine's running fine by cable in Jamboree Heights.

Yeah was going to suggest cycling power, or remove the card etc etc. Mine died for a couple of weeks once, and I was too slack to ring athem and ask about it =S

happens to us when we dont pay the bill

happens to me sometimes, power off and on a few times and she is good.

fine for me. also does anyone have music playing when looking at the the tv guide? out in the living room it does, but the foxtel in my room doesnt. i want to turn it off cause it pisses me off.

happens every few weeks for us, that or programs start clashing/failing to record.. just reboot the IQ and is all good.
