Hey, me, my bro, and and old school buddy from years ago have joined forces to play Age of Conan.

I kind of came here looking for a few things, and thought I might make this post.

First up, any advice people can give me on running and organizing a group in the gaming arena, I did a few small guilds on WoW, a corp or two on Eve Online, as well as tried to do bit with EQ2, most of this failed due to a major lack of community feel.(The simple smallness of the group made it fail)

Anyhow, moving on, I'd also like to know if there is any community interest in joining/creating a small clan style body, extending beyond the borders of an in-game guild, which will of course be GMT +8 to +11 aprx. (ie. Australia). Any suggestions where to go to find this info?

My primary objective right now is to move into a position where I can get a player city happening in game, and I'd prefer people of this timezone, if I am to have any assistance in this personal quest.

Since I have been denied access to Beta, I still haven't seen the game(other than those videos - HAX - PHOTOSHOP), just guessing that it will make a fairly good time consumer - imo - it sure does look pretty much like what I've wanted to play for a while.

Slip me a PM, or reply if you are keen to jump onboard, I'll do my best to keep this thread updated on how I'm going.

Won't point out a lot of obvious stuff, just will say, I am looking for team players, will address problems as they arise, and mature audiance apreciated with a minimum of bad language, though the occasional ****-ups will be accepted.

The Clan/Guild/Group has no official name, more just trying to see if it is worth my while setting this up at the current point in time.

I'd be willing to spend a small amount of money to get this happening (such as web hosting - a proper vent server - etc...) if there is sufficient interest warranting such.
