Parents are supposed to raise their kids to realise that if you like fires then yuo = foghat. But in the end the kids were the ones who struck the match.

All you would need is a container that can hold a gas under high pressure so that it is a liquid. A one way valve, a pipe or something to direct the gas flow, a pilot light, trigger to open the valve. and dont forget the Safty Goggles. And maybe a pump so the gas is forced out even more so, dont want it to back fire.

And fire proof everything, withstanding high temps and you'd probably wanna chuck in a few safty options so you dont blow up.

oh and my recipe to a flame thrower:

- take one super soaker (any size will do)
- fill with petrol
- pump and light the spray and your done

Easier way,

Get a glue-gun that operates from cans, stick a deo can in there instead, and then hold a candle infront of it...

My dad built one on the farm... had a little motor/pump connected to a big backpack full of fuel, that lead into a big pipe that point forwards and I think that had an igniter at the start of it (not at the end, the pipe was to direct the flame... looked pretty f***ing dangerous to me, and I never saw him use it... hehe

to make a flamethrower, as toll said make a one way valve, i forgot hat they are called but its a ball inside a hose that is helped when cyhpering fuel(or liquid you dont want in your throat :)

just place this on the hose and a super soaker helps push the fuel(or flammable liquid) throught it (dont use turps as it melts the plastic after a day or so)


and if your over 18 dont spill any on yourself.

btw I hope you burn to death if you even try to make this.

Use a normal gas cylinder with a hose attached. But make a better one way valve then the ball in the hose job, I remember making one of those for Agricultral (spellcheck) Mechanics at Maleny School. I wouldnt trust one if it invloved flame throwers and gas cylinders. But I'm not sure if the normal household gas cylinder has enough pressure to spit the flame out far enough.

But that guy who made the Jet Powered Beer Cooler in New ZelUnd had a picture and the picture had one of those normal household gas cylinder's as the fuel. But he also had a jet engine mounted next to it, maybe that drew from cylinder instead of the cyinlder pushing it out :/

But its still a mighty fine way to cool your beer.

Yeah, the Wickham has some pretty mad DJ's, so does the Beat. It used to be that the best dance clubs in Brisbane were "gay-friendly", but now places like The Family and the Monastery have sort of sorted that out. Even still the Wickham and the Beat are really good anyway :-).
