Whatever happened to promoted forum items?

i'd imagine you'd need to post something worth promoting for them to promote it.

If you want a post promoted:

1) Try to keep to the structure that we use. Intro sentence/paragraph, quote, outro sentence/paragraph with link.
2) Less editorialising the better (ie, save opinion for the comments)
3) Spel it gud and use, good grammer.
4) It should be gaming or technology related. Pretty much anything goes in the forum but news posts are different.
