If you're talking filling forms with dummy data for web dev testing purposes I'd recommend the web developer add-on for firefox.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/60 It does a swag of things including - a bunch of stuff to do with forms - you can populate form fields, make readonly writeables etc. |
