My dad has the 'yes' Power cable plan (20/40gb) and we signed up halfway thru the month and after a day, the thing was extended for the rest of the month with the extra downloads etc. We had about a day or two left on this month and I go on to the net just then and its going slow as hell (speed test returned 16kb/s!).

I went onto the account website and my usage counter has this on it?!?!?!

So I checked what plan we were just to make sure, and f@#king Optus have changed it from the 'yes' Power 20/40gb plan to the fukin MyHome Freedom plan which only has 15Gb download?!?!?!

that sure does suck. optus are normally on the ball so you can expect to get it fixed up pretty soon.

Ive read some on whirlpool and it doesnt look like this is a rare occurence. We upgraded from the 7/14 advantage plan btw.

Same price for 25Gb less downloads? I want my TPG 30GB ADSL2+ over here. At least TPG don't f*** you around like Optus. A bunch of people have had their accounts changed without ANY prior notice or permission.
