Has anyone heard of this ever becoming a possibility?

I'm seriously considering getting an Xbox 360 because between halo 3 and mass effect, I could really spend a fair few hours with it.

I just really hate spending money on a new console just for new games when I have a perfectly good computer sitting 1m away from me.

It hasn't been even hinted at. You could expect it would happen eventually, since it has with Kotor and Jade Empire, but I wouldn't be expecting it on PC any time soon.

Also, a console and a PC don't need to be mutually exclusive, you can have both, just think of it as opening yourself up to twice as much gaming goodness :)

If it does come to PC, it wont be for at least 6 months. Probably a year. When sales of 360's fueled by Mass Effect are down to a trickle it would make sense to port it to PC, shouldn't take too much effort, and reap the phat lewts from PC owners also.

i read an interview with one of the devs and he clearly stated that they had no plans to bring it outt for pc any time soon if ever.... in saying that it chugs abit on the 360 but looks f***ing delicious.

It could come out as a Games for Windows title, like Gears of War has, but just like Gears of War, it'll be long after the console release, if ever.

Just do yourself a favour and get a 360, they're well worth it. If you don't have much money, just save :)
