Regardless. First thing they tell you at Fernwood is to not worry about bulking up because it doesn't happen unless you do it deliberately. It is a LOT of hard work for anyone to build a body like that, and moreso for a woman. Ergo, this female form would not occur in nature regardless of how hard one worked unless she was doing specific exercises to build muscle.

Women way back would have been well-toned, for sure, but I highly doubt they'd be anything like FemHewitt.

IMO, body building is a pretty silly 'sport' - she probably would have used diuretics to get that cut or 'toned', it IS unnatural.
