I thought this was worthy of a new thread..

Bioshock is available for purchase through steam - but unlike the EU and retail AU customers who have to wait until the 24th, you can play it now! I just purchased it myself and the copy unlocked for me. Hurrah! It's $50US so around $62AU - which is about $12 cheaper than the cheapest place I've seen it in retail....but then you can play it now, and not on Friday :D
