A new technique shows resizing of images while keeping the important features of the image undistorted, also allows you to protect or remove part of the image with anything removes being automagically and seamlessly filled in. I saw a video of this today and was amazed at how well it performed. Would probably be good for cutting ex's out of decent photos! Higher-res version of the video: Link (17MB) Youtube version: |

i would love to get my hands on that program and use it on some of my wallpapers. most that i have are 1600x1200, and scale horribly down to 1440x900. they look all squashed and nasty.
