Anyone know anything about a fire that was burning away on Brisbane Northside? Noticed a sizable smoke plume from the RBH.

lol my flatty just got home. reckons he chucked his butt out the window... few k's down the road he pulls into servo and notices this massive amount of smoke coming from back up the road. he's like f*** f*** and bails out of there.

it was a controlled burn near the airport. they had two choppers with IR drones on them and a control unit monitoring the incoming data. very cool... for australia
