Hi all, i've got a weird problem with my internet traffic. when my computer is just sitting here on idle doing absolutely nothing no programs or susspicious proccesses open im constantly downloading at between 3kbs - 6kbs. Now i've rand spyware s&d and adaware and im almost 100% sure its not virus/spyware/adware problem.
I've tryed to google as much as i could on this subject but dont get much helpfull results. The one thing i did find was that someone suggested to run sygate personal firewall and see what's using the bandwidth and it seems to be mainly comming from something called "NDIS User mode I/O Driver" (ndisuio.sys). Does anyone know if they constantly download while the computer is not doing anything, or have any knowledge about this "NDIS User mode I/O Driver? I'm running windows xp with sp2 and i currently have bigpond cable extreme. Thanks, Cam. |
