Got home from work today and my cable was capped.
Checked my usage and it said I did ~11Gb last night, which was quite odd considering I barely touched the internet last night and I'm not a big "downloader". (no, no virus either) Anyways, I called them up and their new billing system has been having some issues and they are going to fix it up for me. Might be worth giving them a call if you're in the same boat. (and yes I was very polite and friendly to the poor girl fielding accounts calls) |

Same thing has happened to me it seems, im at about 8gig and im capped.
I keep ringing tech support but i get fed up after being on hold for 30 mins and hang up. |

I got through to accounts..
They said something about it being a pro-rata based time so we will be refunded some money cos of the billing change over. But basically on the 7th of the month when we got moved to the new system our usage was reset so i assumed it was. It looks like the first week was included in my total when i got capped, even though my usage meter reset. The girl said i wont be uncapped. |
