How about you have streaming videos with an option to download?
That both people who like streaming or downloads can watch their videos their way!

That is probably what we'll end up doing, but the idea at this point is really to find out if people were picking one over the other, which one they'd go with.

I think choice is the LAST thing people want

Meh, if I wanna stream I'll go to YouTube, I come here for the high-speed downloads.
