yea beef is cool. but its not versatile, you know? like you need a really good cut of beef for it to be awesome (and it is). where as fish, seriously, get some fish, put on some batter or whatever and fry it. bam. perfectamundo. same goes for chicken. its pretty hard to ruin somthing with chicken in it.
