is there a program patch or some s*** that will change the look of win 2k to look like xp?

i prefere win2k but the missus likes the look of xp better, hopefully we can both win

Forget win2k and your missus, install winxp and make it look like win2k, just so you can sleep better night.

Having said that, you both sound really shallow.

Change to XP and you can make it look like 2000. I've only just changed over in the last month from 2000 and XP is heaps better. I like the look of 2000 more so I just changed the settings so I could have the best of both worlds. Default XP looks like complete ass IMO.

yeah i don't mind the look of xp but i prefer 2k as an os at the moment

You can get explorer shell etc that'll can make your windows interface looks like ... well anything. Apps like Windowsblind will do that for you.

Ditto, my friend tried to get me to install something called Chrystal XP which is a modified version of XP to look like Vista or something.

My theme isn't too bad. I also made the min/max/close buttons slightly smaller so the titlebar isn't so bloaty & gay looking.

yer, as soon as i install xp, back to classic
all prettisms turned off (back to classic style) and windows standard look

Hey whoop, how did you get more than 3 icons in the bottom left taskbar near the start icon. I only have 3 and then I have to click those arrow thingys to access the rest.
