Well there is the story of the Mahogony ship (down near Warranembul). It was believed to be of Portugese or Chinese origin. But it hasn't been seen since the 1880's, lost to the dunes or finally rotted to nothing. But if it was portugese they believe it may have been a ship that was lost in the 1500s. Got photos of the plaques somewhere.

But various Asians and Islanders were on our northern coastline.

Not to mention the Aborigines came here at some point (via India in one of the first migrations out of Africa suppoedly proved by some crazy genetic scientists.. if you believe some BBC doco I watched)

Native Americans may have rafted over here across the Pacific, I read that somewhere...

Surely tens of thousands of years ago Australia was still attached to the rest of the world, so they wouldn't have arrived on our shores, they would have just jumped the fence.
