Nah. I sold some concert tickets on ebay a while back and ticketek contacted me saying they had cancelled the tickets, and refunded my credit card. Meanwhile I still had the physical tickets, some had been posted to buyers already. I refunded all the buyers tho and told them the tickets were no good now.

So yeah, seems as if refunds will be made to the credit card that purchases - the logistics of refunding each physical ticket to 50 000 people would be a nightmare. But I'm just assuming here...
