Hey guys just bought a wii this morning. Can't seem to get wireless going. It says no access point found when i do the search.
I know wireless is going cause i'm in the loungeroom on wireless. I've disabled wep and even tried statically setting all the ip's. I moved the Wii incase it was being blocked but no joy. Any ideas? It's a NetComm NB5+4W BTW |

I had trouble with mine but it was because of password issues:/ No idea though.

in other words RTFM Yeah cause that'd help if they had any half decent support documentations. All i've found is s*** telling me not to throw it at spouses. (http://wiisystem.nintendo.com.au/). It's now finding the access point and it updated the wii but when it came back it lost it again. It seems very flaky. |

Try changing your routers wireless channel to 1 or 11.
This often helps. I was getting dropouts on connecting to the shop, but since changing it to chan 1 it's been great. |

Hey, so what does having it on wireless let you do exactly - is it just for online games or can you play movies shared from your PC?
