Topic: Gaming mice for my apple

Hi Guys, I have just got my new 24 inch Imac and forgot how crap the apple mighty mouse was for gaming. Does anyone here have experience with a good gaming mouse for an apple? at the moment the best option I can see is a razor v1.6, but I would prefer a wireless mouse (cables are evil). Any help would be great.

thanks

I love my intellimouse v3's. They're so awesome I bought 2 of them in case one broke and they weren't manufactured anymore.

Logitech can suck my nuts, I had one of their crappy mice and it would skip all over the place, granted I'm sure they'll have fixed it by now but an MS mouse of the same time didn't skip which leads me to believe MS have better s***.

oh and batteries are evil

if your refering "apple" and "gaming" your a DH. besides the fact that there are games for mac now, who cares. Run boot camp on a new mac and use mac for everything their good for which is everything other then games, and then switch to windows for gaming which is all its good for. new intel macs run games exactly the same as a similar spec pc. done and dusted.

Eh what? Its BF2 running under Windows, dual-booted on an Intel iMac. There's no native port for BF2 yet, gimp. Also, the original poster is just as much of a gimp for trying to stir s*** by including the fact he's using a Mac. "LOL GAMES ON MY APPLEZ!!!" Just say you're looking for a new gaming mouse.

I actually need a mouse that I can use for gaming (i use windows for gaming) that is supported by apple and has decent drivers, config software (apparently it isnt easy to map mouse buttons under osx). Therefore my reference to using a mac is relevant. thanks for your deep thoughts on the topic though exo
