unconfirmed report that BF2142 includes adware. Trying to find out more information now to see if we can confirm it.

edit: I guess 'adware' might be a bit harsh; it's just ad stuff and it tells you it is being installed - but something to take note of if you're thinking about shelling out $110 or whatever the RRP is over here

I wouldn't have a problem with it as long as they could validate and prove that they needed the advertising to fund numerous, good, LOCAL gaming servers.

It feels like a mod.. Just changed the skins on everything.. Otherwise same old bf but with a f***ed gameplay. Played the demo twice, couldn't play it longer than 30 minutes at the time.. Never looked back, have better things to do.
