Got a fancy dress party to go to in 4 weeks and need a good costume.
i dont want cheapie s*** that is s***
not worried about price, just want hardcore
either rentals or buy and dont mind getting it shipped over from the states.

but want the really good s*** like hardcore if thats possible. Ive had a look on a couple usa sites and they've got a s***load of girls s*** but fukall guys stuff.

There is a good place on waterworks road just up from the ICB on ramp. They have lots of cool costumes at good prices. Also, this is a chance for you to wear a stormtrooper outfit!

girls think up these poofy ideas and guys who dress up are whipped.

my g/f always organises costume partys and ive always had fun at them, so far we have had a halloween and a 50's party, if i tried to organise this kind of s*** no one would come in a costume, but when she does it she ads a certain hype to it and everyone comes all dressed up, and its cool to see the crazy ideas people come up with.

we have a friends costume party comming up in a few weeks and the theme is favourite movie character *maybe we are going to the same one LOL* im going as raoul duke from fear and loathing in las vegas ebay for the win for my costume, all i need is a floral shirt.

in saying that cheap costumes can look very very professional if you spend enough time on them, my g/f made an awesome wedding dress from all these white items of clothing from op shops that she spent weeks looking for, then she covered it in fake blood and did a f***ing sweet make up job and she was then a jilted bride, i just wore old jeans and a singlet with a coat covered in blood and went as teh jilted lover.

I rented an Elvis jumpsuit and my gf got a 60's go-go dancer outfit from a costume shop at Annerley - I can't remember the name of it but it's on the main road and its only 2-3 blocks up from Juliette Street outbound from the city. Total cost was around $130 for the pair I think.

I have a s*** hot pink and black Cindi Lauper 80's get up ;)

She was pretty hardcore back in the day...

I've been to that costume shop in Annerley, the one opposite McDonalds like 6 years ago.

Got a full medieval suit from there, was pretty good. And from what I can remember it was fairly cheap aswell.

They're f***en cool. I've been to a couple of 80's partys, a pajama party, and this weekend im going to a music theme'd party. Still considering going as maynard wearing nothing but a pair of undies with a banana hanging out. But it will be too cold so I dont think I will.
