I have this Chinese exchange student in my house and I keep telling him not to download stuff but he obviously does since he hogs all the bandwidth. Anyway to cut a long story short is there a quick and easy way I can assign different bandwidth to his computer so that I can hog the rest of it or is there a way I can monitor how much he downloads in a month so I can show him proof and tell him to stop? Googled some stuff but I don't want to purchase software.
Im using a D-link router DSL-504T..
