Topic: MSPVIEW.EXE - Odd security problem

We have about 30 users on a citrix box where they all require access to MSPVIEW.EXE. Two users with administrator rights can execute the application fine but just a user with domain users rights can run it, but nothing pops up. Run as admin, its fine again. I know this will be a security issue (i have already confirmed the domain users have access to the app/location) but am not sure where to know. I know theres an app that can be run in conjunction with the exe that will advise the files/reg entries that cause the issues.

Any ideas?

would this be something that you could use or you really need to be able to allow mspview to be able to be ran by them?
