Truckie was taken away looked okay, two smoko girls both pregnant, one died and the others in critical condition :(

apparently trucks take it way too fast around that corner

not sure why it rolled, the owner of the truck company came down and i said f*** he must of been flying and hes like no, a motorbike was trying to overtake him so he slowed down and the weight shifted in the back and made it roll, pfft. Towies said that the truck company has had 6 or 7 rollovers in the past couple months heh. The owner even brought black spray paint to cover over the company logo on the truck

i feel sorry for the family of the lady that died.. as for the driver, he probably lost control like they always do. well find out soon enough.

also the truck company owner. how much would it suck to have to deal with your drivers rolling your trucks so many times.

Unless it was the dodgiest of packs by the forkies, the weight would never shift on a rig like that.

Speed was definately a factor, now that truckie has to live with having killed a preggers chick.

From what ive been told, the truck was a container truck. Trillion, the only forkies that would be to blame would be the ones that packed the container from the country of export, even then it would be hard to blame, because of the container being on a ship and all (so big a chance for weight and stuff to move around then) even when the coantiner is being unloaded off the ship anything could happen.

But the truck belongs to the company im told it belongs to, they have had quite a few accidents ... But i also heard on the radio today that evidence has been found that some of the truckies have been forced to work 24 hours non stop, so it isnt looking to good for the trucking company

How can you tell that was his particular truck? Barnes has several trucks.

I've known a few Barnes Auto drivers over the years, and i couldn't tell a truck by half a crappy phone camera picture... can you?

The roads are mighty s***ty around the rocklea area. That ipswich motorway is disgusting and i see so many truckers flying down that without a care in the world for other motorists. Same with beaudesert road. Makes me so mad!!!

It's a shame that someone so young had to die. Even greater shame that things aren't going to change because of it.

this is nothing compared to the crash on the M1 down near Beenleigh exit heading south today. Lucky enough i was coming back north from a delivery down in beenleigh and a truck got ripped in half, the front compartment went through the m1 wall and the back half was on its side in the middle of the raod.

Freight Forwarding is bigger than I ever thought it was.. my gf's family works in it (she's the exception) & I have 3 friends who are in it.

Crazy, I know the guy who owns that towtruck in the photo there. Went to school with his step-children.

i think there's a chance that maybe sometime in my life i might've driven down that road..
