SmartFTP looks pretty, except creating an FTP account favourite is extremely gumby.

You do:

1. Favorites->Edit Favorites
2. New->Favourite
3. Then rightclick your empty favourite and select Properties
4. Enter details

If anyone knows a quicker way (without having to connect to the FTP first), let me know .. otherwise I'll stick to FileZilla and FireFTP.

I use smarftp, mainly because I typed "free ftp client" in google and thats what came up and it does the job for me.

I don't have one. I just set up "network place" in XP and bob is my proverbial. FTP is pretty much transparent for most uses now isn't it?
