You idiot, theres a direct link that imageshack gives you but not in thumbnail format.

Intrik: How about it being easy as s*** to upload a pic? You can even transload from a URL. imageshack.us, browse to the pic, choose options and hit upload. 15 sec later it will give you the text necessary to show the image.

ISP:
Create thumbnail of image
Find FTP proggy
Open FTP proggy
Log into FTP
Browse to proper directory
Browse to image on HDD
Upload
Manually write code to link thumbnail to full res.
