Valve have announced that Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 has been released and is now available for purchase through Steam. Red Orchestra was originally a modification made for Unreal Tournament 2003, then updated to work in Unreal Tournament 2004 at which point it won the $1,000,000 "Make Something Unreal" mod developing competition that those champions at Epic thought up. If you've still got another World War 2 game left in you this one might be worth a look. We've got some screenshots and the official site has more information.

Does anyone else feel that the volume of ww2 games released is ridiculous? I really can't believe it...

i gotta agree that WW2 games are getting so old now. theres only been like 1000 games and mods made about it.
