aussie hiphop is getting old sounds like Hilltop Hoods, I can't think of the song though, but it sounds familiar.

Just listen to the album (The Calling, I would say) and you might find it

pretty sure its hilltops hoods, might be called "this is for life", well at least thats one main line in the song, might be the herd though.
