Mine was after a hard days skiing in Canada, we'd go back to our hut, sit in the outdoor spa, surrounded by snow, having a cold beer looking at a magnificent view of the rocky mountains while it was snowing, jump out roll in the snow, jump back in the spa then head off to the sauna to warm up again.

many years ago, a few months after i started going to the gym. Over the course of a few months, i lost a lot of weight and gained a heaps of confidence. Up until then, i had always been the fat kid and was pretty miserable all through high school because of it. I remember those few months as just being a really happy time, because i was proud of myself and was forging a new identity, so to speak.

Pretty happy with myself right now, quit smoking nearly 2 months ago now, been working out consistently for about 6 weeks now and I'm very happy with the results so far.
