Fly internationally and spend a good chunk of cash to be cockteased about videogames only a week in advance of online sources will allow me to be? HELL YES!

\/\/\/\/ Yeah, why go if I can't get the rare opportunity of having a girl stand my presence long enough to get a photo taken?

THERE ARE NO BOOTH BABES THIS YEAR

Apparently, the company that run it are fining vendors if they have booth babes, after years of empty threats... how disapointing.

no, the GDA will be issuing $5000 fines for companies that do have booth babes, I'd say that's chump change to most publishers and they will just suck it down and keep their booth babes and pay the fine

Good, booth babes are stupid. I'm now more likely to go than I was before.

stupid they may be, but let's not forget their hotness, though the booth "babes" we had on our booth for gore in 2002 were pretty old and skanky, saying how they used to be on Nintendo's booth every year but "for some reason" they didn't get asked to work there that year haha

Booth babes, Booth Shmabes.

I think this year is going to be a pretty awesome year for E3...HOpefully there will be some decent X360 games - They should show a tonne of stuff on the Revolution and they'll hopefully show someone playing a PS3 game.

I'm looking into it. Hopefully will stay for a month. Have found a nice appartment for 1200 a month which works out a lot better than speding the same amount for a week on the strip. Will work it out real soon.

If I had any money I'd be there in an instant, we can get tickets through uni. Unfortunately the whole thousands of dollars for a plane trip and accomodation/spending money kinda kills it for me.

I will be at the wretched cesspool that is E3 this year, just like the last five years before.

Sure, your first E3 is always good (and sometimes your second if you time it right), but after that you start to see that the only reason it exists is to schmooze for shelf space. Developers are the lowest on the respect chain at E3, even lower than kids with a geocities fan site who managed to get in :(

I'd absolutely love to go but costs too much + I'd wanna take my b/f with me so that would cost more money + need to save for snow trip.

apparently its f*** off hard to get in this year anyway, lots of media are being checked properly with their forms and s***. after all the teens running around at last years show, and not keeping it so business like.

thats what i've heard anyway from some of the bigger media ppl and such posting on the ign boards.

I would like to go, but I don't have any ties with any media outlet, and I don't work for a games company. Except, I think the law firm I work for has Auran as a client, does that count? lol
